How much concrete to order for a cast in situ manhole, gully pit or field inlet.

Set the internal size, wall thickness, height and base slab on the sliders. The drawing follows what you set. The order is the base slab plus the walls, with a waste allowance, rounded up to the nearest 0.2 cubic metres the truck can carry. Built by 6D Civil for our own crews. Free to use.

Base slab is poured to the outside face of the walls and the walls sit on it. The front quarter of the wall is cut away in the 3D and plan views to show the slab underneath.
