Base slab is poured to the outside face of the walls and the walls sit on it. The front quarter of the wall is cut away in the 3D and plan views to show the slab underneath.

Base slab taken over the full outside footprint. No deduction for pipe penetrations. Check the drawing against the hole before you ring it through.
